The setting has two dedicated rooms, the larger of which being the Pre-School (Busy Bees) Room. We have recently had the whole centre refurbished during Summer 2009 and invested in some new toys and equipment.

| A free-flow system operates from the Caterpillars & Butterflies Room into an outside area with safety surface. | |

| On Sunday 27th February 2010, Mums, Dads and Children from the Buchanan Centre joined Colonel Sid Lawrence and Major (Retired) Mike Ransom in creating Digging and Planting areas in the Busy Bees Garden. | |
